3 TIPS FOR FOOD SHOPPING

•1st Tip
THEY WANT YOU TO SEE CERTAIN FOODS
-I've never been to turn down a good bargain on certain food but make sure you inspect that food. Check the expiration dates, the quality, and make sure it isn't being thrown into your face because someone in corporate over-stocked that supermarket with too much of that one product.

•2nd Tip
ORGANIC vs. NON-ORGANIC
-If you are going to go the “non-organic” route with produce, make sure you WASH every farm-raised food you can. I understanding shopping organically can be pricey, and not everything we buy needs to be organic, but due to my stint of allergic reactions from conventionally grown foods, I favor organic food. There is nothing wrong with shopping for non-organic foods as long as you know what you are getting and don't have any sensitivity to that food.

•3rd Tip
BALANCING YOUR DIET WITH FOODS YOU ENJOY
-We should always practice an active lifestyle and overall nourishing diet, but there is no reason you can't enjoy what you want once in a while. I included a few items in this video just to be 100% real with you guys on what I bought. Some items aren't suited for someone trying to shed unwanted weight or get cleaner with their diet. Regardless, you are smart enough to watch this and understand what's good for you vs. what isn't. We are all responsible for what we put in our body, and it is imperative we eat and manage our food intake responsibly.
